ASSISTANCE NEEDED
In total we have 30 teams which equates to 450 children.
Sunday the 12th & 19th of February are our trial dates. We are Looking for some help In grading & organizing the Juniors into groups etc. Any time you could spare would be greatly appreciated, even if it's only 1 or 2 hours. Times are below. The club will supply Lunch & Refreshments (water, sports drinks, soft drinks, beer & wine).
We are also looking for any body that can help coach. Even if you can't make Saturdays but would like to help train a team, let us know If you can help in any way please.

Season 2012 - Registration Arrangements |
|
The process for registration will be markedly changed for next season. Instead of filling out lots of forms at the actual rego day, there will be the opportunity to pre-register at home via an online web-site. This will hopefully save lots of time at the actual day. You will still need to come down to make payment, but the process should be much streamlined.

Committee for Season 2012 - VACANCIES |
The 2011 AGM has been held, and various positions have been filled, however in order for the committee to function efficiently, there are 2 important positions currently vacant which we desperately need to be filled :
Registrar
The registrar is reponsible for organising the proper registration of all players with the club, and the association. The Registrar is a member of the Executive committee.
- Recording and co-ordinating all player registrations on the club database.
- Ensuring Player photos are current.
- Submitting all registration information to the association using the CompMan system.
- Organisation of the Club Registration days in Jan/Feb.
As can be appreciated, this is a logistically complex role, but any applicants will receive appropriate assistance from the club, and the previous registrar will be available for familiarisation, training, and help where needed, in order to facilitate a smooth transition.
Assistant Secretary
The current Secretary is very over-worked (remembering that all committee roles are voluntary and unpaid), and an assistant is needed to cover some of the administrational aspects of the role. Duties would include :
- taking minutes of all meetings.
- passing on decisions and information to the club via the folders and website.
- putting team sheets in the folders each week.
- putting match reports in the folders each week.
- handing out keys to relevant teams for opening and closing of McCoy and Masonic fields each week.
- organising venues for meetings – coaches & managers.
